Summer Reading List 

The summer reading list for this class includes reading the local or national newspaper, magazines, books, or articles where the topics include Africa and government in today's society.  In addition, students need to be familiar with past culture traditions of Africa and the United States.  Students need to be familiar with issues that are facing our city, state, nation and world today.  Students should also be familiar with some issues that faced our city, state, nation and world in the past.
